Featuring open plan living, a massive lounge and a thoughtfully designed kitchen with premium appliances, this home also boasts a spacious master suite complete with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, plus two generous bedrooms perfect for family life.
But building here came with its own daily adventure. With the site entrance tucked down a long, narrow driveway that opened straight onto Great N Road — one of Glen Eden’s busiest arterial routes — our team quickly discovered that morning and evening rush hours could bring deliveries to a complete standstill.
Rather than let traffic rule the schedule, we adapted (and got pretty good at it too): rescheduling material deliveries and concrete pours outside peak hours, carefully guiding trucks through the narrow access, and keeping a close eye on daily traffic patterns. Every successful delivery felt like a small logistical victory, keeping progress rolling even when the city itself tried to slow us down.
In the end, this project wasn’t just about building walls and installing kitchens — it was about reading the site, embracing its quirks, and turning real-world urban challenges into a warm, modern family home.
