Brought to life by Perfect Building as the main contractor, this 2020 new build combined smart design with high-spec execution — and a few coastal challenges thrown in for good measure.

Our role?  Pretty much everything from the ground up:

• Siteworks and earthworks (on a clifftop, no less)
• Structural build across multiple levels
• Fit-out to a high architectural spec
• And of course, the all-important final touches and inspections

Built for modern family life — or just good old-fashioned entertaining — the home offers generous space (over 380sqm) across a 1,251sqm site, with cozy winter zones and open summer flow.

Sure, the elevation, exposure and design complexity gave us plenty to think about — but that’s where our team thrives.  We worked closely with engineers, consultants, and trades to make sure the final result didn’t just look the part, but worked brilliantly too.
